Returns & Store Credit Policy

At Scrub Chic Essentials, every order is thoughtfully designed and carefully handcrafted with attention to quality and detail. Because the majority of our products are handmade or made to order, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Instead, we are happy to offer store credit for eligible returns that meet the requirements below.

Store Credit Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit.

To qualify, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be free of damage, stains, odors, or signs of use.
• Be returned with its original packaging whenever possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, a digital store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the eligible item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Handmade Products

Many of our products are handmade, assembled, laminated, or made to order specifically for our customers.

Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, placement, cutting, lamination, or finish may occur. These small differences are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or store credit:

• Personalized or customized products
• Digital downloads
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Used, damaged, or altered products
• Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll review your claim and work quickly to make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (such as receiving the incorrect item or a defective product).

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Scrub Chic Essentials cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Processing Store Credit

After your return has been received and approved, your store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days. Store credit will be sent via email and can be applied toward any future purchase on our website.
