1. What are your processing times?
Our processing times are 1-7 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that business days exclude holidays and weekends.

2. How long does shipping take?
Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and current conditions.

3. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive tracking information once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time. Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel an order prior to it being shipped, please email us at support@scrubchicessentials.shop.

5. What if there’s an issue with my order?

6. What is your return policy?

• General Returns: Returns are available for 30 days from the date of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping and a 5% restocking fee.
• Final Sale Items: There are no returns available for final sale items.
• T-Shirts: T-shirts are made to order, so returns are not available for these items.

7. What if my package is lost?
If your package is lost in transit or shows as delivered but you have not received it, you must file a claim with USPS and follow their guidelines for resolution. Scrub Chic Essentials is not responsible for lost items once they are shipped.

8. What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address?
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us, please email us at support@scrubchicessentials.shop. If your email is on file, you can repay shipping to have the package reshipped to the correct address, or you can choose to receive a refund. The refund will be provided minus the original shipping cost and the 5% restocking fee.

At this time, we only ship within the USA.
